Versions of being Right & Wrong!

Concept of artificial hearts are nothing new. Indian politicians have had them for years !!
A defeat of aam-aadmi(democracy/lokpal) yet again. This time we played well to nudge the core/larger issues with the rules set up by the honorable parliamentary house. Many version of amendments were brought up in honorable rajya sabha - all in vain. This was because there are many versions of being right & even more versions of being wrong. The basic differentiation lies between "the rules" & "the principles" that we all need to understand at this very point of time.

We need to understand the basic principles of well being. Making two streams broadly; exploitation/wants/a-dharma/rules & empathy/needs/dharma/principles should be addresses-ed.We shall address to this core issue with some analogies.

A classy presentation in the following link/video differentiating (Mahabharat & Ramayan), (Rules & Principles), (Duryodhan & Yudhishtir), (Krishna & Ram) is being projected.

“LIFE IS ALL ABOUT BUYING AND SELLING”

Preface
We often talk about people, events or ideas. It is true that many of us have a specific purpose/ a greater role to play in life; but in one way or the other we knowingly/ unknowingly are engrossed in buying & selling things/ideas - at all times . Surprisingly, it is more of selling & less of buying. There a slight confusion among-st us in differentiating our needs from our endless wants. A more holistic approach is required for self-sufficiency, sustainability which provides a rock solid foundation to excel in all domains. Saying this, both self-centric behavior & holistic approach has nothing to do with excellence in acquisitions, financial empowerment. This book tries to unfold the pain areas in achieving a more meaningful life.

With your blessings & support i look forward towards completing this book at the earliest.
Kind Regards,
-the uBER thief

i-Home (Home Automation)

i-Home for some may be something as simple as remote or automatic control of a few lights. For others, security may be the central application. Still others may choose to install advanced controllers or use voice recognition. As a very basic definition, we tend to refer i-Home as anything that gives you control locally (IR Remote) or remotely (i-Mobile through Web) of things around the home.

We are used to control our TV from the couch; just wait until you are able to dim the lights as well. Imagine adjusting the temperature from your bed or controlling the volume of your whole-house audio system from any room. Or imagine the heater in your bathroom turning on automatically on chilly mornings 5 minutes before your alarm clock goes off so that it is warm when you enter. Turn on lights automatically at dusk and off at your desired preset time, having your whole home theater turn on and tune to the desired station. Many products also save energy -- we'll all agree that's a nice convenience.

Adding home automation to an existing home is surprisingly affordable and simple. We've taken the guess work out of what to buy and created "Essentials for your family, It’s Good to have, It’s Nice to have, Power to You Product/Services Detailing Chart" for both existing homes (retrofit) and new construction homes. We included everything from lighting control, surveillance, irrigation, whole home audio/video and more!
With the expertise of IT infrastructure for almost a decade, home automation solutions (i-Home) offered by iSource Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. can control just about anything you wish in your home.

[CONVENIENCE, SAFETY & FUN with i-Home]
Lighting

Probably, the most popular category and a great way to get involved with home automation. We're all used to opening the door & lit required areas , but you'll be surprised how much safer you'll feel coming to a lit home. You can also have preset lighting arrangements (scenes) & control with a touch of button upon your arrival! Dim light fixtures you could never dim before, and control them from anywhere in the house (or world via the Internet).

Secure & Controlled Access
Let i-Home call you and/or loved ones if there is an alert situation!! Additionally, these include devices that will allow you to unlock the front door to let friends in or close the garage door from your office via the web. Imagine your house sending you an email/SMS if there is motion where there shouldn't be any. Or some random lighting arrangements to get a feel of occupied house when you are away on a trip.

Home Theatre & Entertainment
Just imagine replacing that pile of remotes with just one controller. Now, imagine not having to know all 10 steps to starting up your home theater - just press a single button and your i-Home will do the rest. In-wall and in-ceiling speakers are especially popular with homeowners as they provide beautiful sound throughout the house while adding no clutter whatsoever. High-tech products for the home are fun to use and share with others. Whether viewing visitors at your front door on your TV or tuning your stereo by using voice recognition, you'll find i-Home surprisingly enjoyable. And when it comes to impressing the friends, you'll be happy to show off your newfound applications.

Irrigation
Early and deep watering is important to growing a healthy lawn, and an automated sprinkler system can do it for you. Have Sprinklers watering plants at preset timings. Automatically stops watering plants when it is raining. We also provide GARDENING MANAGED SERVICES.

If you have questions about a particular category/product please contact our expert technical support team (+91 9561676253) - they're happy to help you find exactly what you are looking for.

“Competition for high grades seriously limits the quality of learning at all levels of education.”

In the quest for productivity, most of the times tend to forget that greatest innovation takes place in the midst brilliant brains set free. Competition does tend to hurry a person and forces him to give the ‘possible solution’ instead of ‘best possible solution’.

Competition is set as bench mark for grading between students so as to bring the best possible potential. High grading ensures that one has fulfilled the requirements set by the examiners. What competition in grading system does is lessen the zeal of the students as well as the quality of learning. For example, the final target set for all students in common does not help in bringing the best out of them. While preparing for the exams some study judiciously and still do not qualify. While those who know that they could still make it in spite of them not giving their best attempt are deprived of more. Even though when all are given the same platform virtually, it’s unfair to say that students are learning to the best of their ability. All of them get busy in finding out the quickest route possible and ‘finish’ the job than finding the best route to ‘complete’ the job. Quality of learning improves only when students are given room to breathe, miracles happen and innovation then takes over.

No one sets a pattern for a baby how he should learn how to walk, talk and then balk at others. It happens with little support, little nourishment and room to excel. Although, when we think about winning an Olympic medal we have to compete with our self to excel and set yesterdays performance as a benchmark irrespective of the world record at first. Yes there is always room for well-wishers to monitor and clock their performance. Rating does no miracle, just a waste of time. Everyone needs to use their brain, to let him deliver his best after intense learning. It’s not like do it now or never; its like, how are you doing? Sir Isaac Newton was not asked to sit and observe an apple falling from tree in a bunch of people, timing their performance and submit field report the next day. Likewise, everyone would keep wondering what the other guys have found out, and worrying if they are able to keep the pace up with others; thus lowering everyone’s performance.

Finally, competing and grading regulations does not provide the quality learning proposition, but definitely helps in sorting out the worst and the best. Competing for higher grades does not always provide zeal to learn more, but it drives after compulsion, thus hampering the idea of quality learning. Likewise, what quality learning is when young minds are set free to experiment, many of which may not succeed, but definitely tend to take greatest lessons of their life to settle in for the best they could possibly do.

Spending time alone makes one a better companion to others

For a confused mind, he says, "I don’t need anybody". He tries to evade from the obligations towards life. His intent, be towards building himself in to a better companion before finding one. Upon not completing this fundamental requirement, it is immaterial whether he is able to spend more time alone, for introspection. Having stated this one also needs to show deliberate interest to acknowledge others’ success and console in times of hardships.

Personal success is what people acknowledge and rightly so. This requires an individual to isolate at times. For example, while I am preparing for the upcoming projects, I may not be able to give time to my dear ones to their liking. Since we respect each other’s position in life, we don’t encounter immediate problems. Furthermore, it helps me to become composed, determined, and patient in listening to and helping out others in their problems to the best of my ability. On the other hand, getting self engrossed in my career goals might prove to be time consuming. Also, I might start thinking only what is virtually best for me. Thus, I might subconsciously start thinking for a better companion than being one.

Secondly, me being able to spend time with a person will help me develop a good rapport. Both highs and lows are shared which induces a feeling of kinship and hence trust evolves to seal friendship. We can help each other in improving the quality of our life, as sometimes the partner understands us better than we can think of ourselves. Moreover, one learns to become a better companion only as one spends time with others. In childhood, one learns to share one’s toys, in youth one learns how to become more socially and physically more attractive, in adulthood one learns how to listen and converse intelligently. All these qualities contribute to making a more desirable and sought after companion.

It’s not the person alone but for the versatility in his skills, position in society, accessibility, trustworthiness that makes up for a good companion. However, spending time alone will not help to develop kinship as one could possibly do when he spends time with others.
